Q. Can I choose different shipping method?

A: Sure. When you check out, you will be asked to fill in your name and billing address. Our system will calculate if your package is eligible for a custom shipping method. Please  note not all products are eligible for custom shipping method, especially the free shipping items. If your product is eligible - then you can choose the shipping method you prefer on the shipping method page.

Q. How much for shipping?

A:Almost all of our products are "FREE SHIPPING". However, if a product requires a shipping fee we ship via UPS & USPS and rates are computed by real time using vendor shipping table cost. The charge is affected by your package weight, size, your shipping address and the shipping method you choose. Normally, UPS have the best shipping rates in the industry.

Q. How do I get Free UPS Ground Shipping?
A: Only our USPS is eligible for Free Shipping. UPS Ground Shipping is not free.

Q. What Free Shipping Offer refers to?
A: Free Shipping offer refers to Free USPS Ground, USPS Mail Innovations, UPS-SurePose, when you enter the address within 48 states (no P.O.Box address), which is excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we use DHL Express for international shipping to Canada and Mexico. Your order will normally ship within three business days after we verify your payment details. You will receive a tracking # when the order ships and may take up to 3-7 business days for delivery provided that it's cleared by customs. Insurance is covered for all international shipments. Customers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes that may be levied by their respective governments or by the shipping carrier.

Q. How do we ship orders?
A: We ship USPS for domestic packages and USPS/DHL for international packages. P.O. Box address (PO Box) is not accepted.

 

Q. When will my order ship?
A: Domestic orders will be processed the same business day if your payment is completed by 12:00pm PST/2:00pm CST/3:00pm EST. We cannot guarantee same-day shipment particularly if your Bill To address is different from your Ship To address but we will do our best to expedite your order. International packages will normally ship within two business days as we need to verify your payment details. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and major U.S. holidays will ship on the following business day. We may ship each product separately from different warehouses, as we utilize alternative warehouses across the Continental United States.
